Third Party Financing
As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit card, North America’s leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your treatment immediately—then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget. CareCredit offers a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees from $1 to over $25,000.
Non-Insurance Patients
Payment is due at the time of treatment and may be paid by any of the listed payment options.
Insurance Patients
We accept most major insurance plans and will assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits your plan provides. We will gladly process your insurance claim for you and estimate the portion not covered by insurance. This co-payment amount is due at the time of treatment and may be paid by any of the payment options listed above.
Our estimates are based upon the information you provide regarding your insurance plan. Since we are not party to your insurance contract, we cannot guarantee coverage. Any balance not paid by insurance within 60 days (due to insurance delay or missing forms) will be the patient’s responsibility.
CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program)
We accept CHIP, providing affordable dental coverage for children from low and moderate-income families. This program ensures kids get essential oral care without financial burden.
Medicaid
We welcome Medicaid to make quality dental care accessible for eligible individuals and families. It helps cover preventive and restorative dental services at minimal or no cost.
Medicare
Our office accepts Medicare for qualifying patients. It helps cover certain dental treatments related to your overall health and medical care.
